Organising Your Tour

Pedal England’s customer advisors are available from the moment you initially call Pedal England to the end of your tour to ensure all travel arrangements are met and expectations exceeded. We are open five days a week from 9am UK time until 5.30pm UK time (12.30 EST).

Price. All prices quoted are based on twin or double occupancy and are quoted in UK Pounds. Our prices vary according to the time of year and in high season prices are generally higher. Once trips are booked all prices are guaranteed. For all current prices please call +44 (0) 1865 880726.

Deposits. The per person deposit is £600 and is payable upon booking.

Balance payments. Full payment is due 90 days before the commencement of the tour. If final payment is not received when due, Pedal England reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Prior to departure. Every guest will receive a full itinerary and breakdown with all departure details, rendezvous points, pre and post travel and hotel arrangements, a full list of all clothing and packing requirements, passport and visa requirements and a full description of the travel protection plan.

Pedal England does not offer its own insurance policy. Guests will be responsible for their own insurance provision.

Passport & Visas are the responsibility of the guests although Pedal England representatives are always on hand to support our guests with any questions or queries.

Special dietary needs. Provided with adequate notice we will endeavour to provide for your full dietary requirements.
